These Terms govern the use of the iOS app “Traust du dich?” and the associated website of WECONN3CT GmbH.

Scope

These Terms apply to consumers. Conflicting terms do not apply.

Service description

Party/Challenge game as an iOS app; optional premium subscription provides extended content/features.

Pricing/Payment/Term

Prices are shown in the App Store (incl. VAT). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in Apple ID settings. Payment and management via Apple. RevenueCat is used for subscription management.

Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal is governed by Apple’s rules. It may expire for digital content once execution has begun.

User content and rights

All app content is protected by copyright. Users must not upload illegal or infringing content.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be updated or changed.

Liability

Unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence of essential duties, liability is limited to typical foreseeable damages; otherwise excluded. Product liability remains unaffected.

Termination

Free use may be ended at any time. Subscriptions can be cancelled in Apple ID settings with effect at the end of the current term.

Final provisions

German law applies; consumer protection rules of the user’s residence remain unaffected. EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
